The Saratoga County Sheriff's Department says 50-year-old Herbert Sieber of Tanner Road got out of his truck to attend to a mechanical issue Monday evening.
They believe he got under the vehicle to make a repair, but the truck began to roll and dragged him across Bernini Drive and into a ditch.
Sieber was found unconscious. He was treated by EMS, but ultimately died at the scene.
