A Texas man has been charged with endangering a child after this photo surfaced on social media. The photo was taken at a gas station and shows a man with his toddler on his motorcycle. Texas lay prohibits children under 5 to be a passenger on a bike, and there needs to be a seat for the passenger. Definitely not a candidate for dad of the year.
