State police say they don't expect to issue any charges against the driver of a tractor trailer who was involved in a fatal accident Monday morning.
It happened near exit 15 of the Northway. Troopers say 67-year-old Marsha Rosenblum stepped into the path of the truck at about 6:30am.
The driver has not been identified, but state police say the truck is owned by a transportation company from Arizona.
