Gloversville’s mayor has been arrested on a charge of official misconduct. State Police say Dayton King looked in the personnel file for his opponent, Bill Roback, and then released some of this information during a broadcast debate. Roback is a Gloversville firefighter. He defeated King in the GOP primary, but King beat Roback by 28 votes on Election Day. Troopers say King turned himself in, and was given an appearance ticket for Johnstown Court on December 20th.
