A march and rally in New York's Capital will take place today.
The demand is for more money for mental health care.
Members of the New York State Nurses Association and mental health advocates say the state needs to invest more money in providing resources for the mentally ill.
They also say they want insurance companies to end discrimination against mental and behavioral health issues.
The groups will march from Capitol concourse to the offices of the State Department of Health this afternoon.
