A Code Blue cold weather alert is being issued by the Homeless and Travelers Aid Society for today.
This type of alert is issued when the, "real feel" temperature is expected to be 32 degrees or less, including the wind chill.
People who are homeless should contact the Homeless and Travelers Aid Society at 518-463-2124 for help.
They can also go to the Capital City Rescue Mission at 259 South Pearl Street in Albany.
