A Schenectady man has been arrested after a crash on Erie Boulevard Saturday night. State and City police were conducting a Stop DWI checkpoint on Erie Boulevard at Maxon Road Extension when, according to the State Police, 31 year old Miguel Jackson tried to avoid it. After a brief pursuit, Police caught up with Jackson when he crashed at the roundabout at Rivers Casino. No word on if any other charges will be filed.
