President Trump will sign an executive order which declares a national emergency on the U.S.-Mexican border. The declaration could allow Trump to divert Defense Department funds to build a massive border wall. Democrats are expected to challenge the emergency declaration in federal court.
During his remarks in the Rose Garden, the President praised Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.
