Schenectady Police are asking for help locating a missing 15 year old girl. Noreyelle Smalls was last seen early Friday near Forest Road. She is 5'5" tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police say Smalls may be suffering from a medical condition that requires immediate treatment. Anyone with information is asked to contact Schenectady Police at 518-630-0911.
