Police in Albany at the scene at 3rd Avenue and Teunis Street and 3rd Avenue and Alexander street at what they are calling a "shots fired" incident Thursday afternoon.
The person wounded in the city's South End is a 3-year-old child who was shot in the arm. The injury is "non-life threatening."
