Albany Man Arrested on Drug Charges After Two Month Investigation

In Albany County, a two month investigation leads to the arrest of an Albany man on four felony drug charges and two misdemeanors.

Investigators say that 32-year-old Timothy Perales of North Allen Street, was selling drugs out of his house. Investigators say they recovered Psilocybin mushrooms, a quantity of LSD, a quantity of controlled pills, over two pounds of marijuana, concentrated cannabis cartridges, a quantity of edible concentrated cannabis and over $4,500 in cash as well as digital scales and packaging materials.

Perales was arraigned at Albany County Court and released on his own recognizance.
