It's a big day in the Capital Region as the area enters Phase Three of the state's four-step reopening process. That means restaurants can offer limited indoor dining, however tables must be six feet apart and employees will have to wear masks at all times. Nail salons, spas, tattoo parlors and other personal care businesses can also get back up and running again.

Earlier this week, Governor Cuomo also announced any region that's in Phase Three is allowed to have gatherings of up to 25 people.
