Like many other events this year, The Troy Turkey Trot is going virtual on Thanksgiving.
Officials for the event unveil the Troy Turkey Trot App that will allow people to race against each other in real time and their running times will be uploaded to the leaderboard.
All of this year's events, including the 5K, 10K, Grade School Mile and Turkey Walk will begin at 10am on Thanksgiving Day.
Registration for the Turkey Trot is open now through Saturday, November 28th.
