Governor Cuomo is once again criticizing President Trump's handling of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The governor said Sunday Trump surrendered in the battle against the continuing crisis. Governor Cuomo says at one time, New York had the highest infection rate in the country but now has one of the lowest. He says that's proof the virus can be controlled if the right steps are taken to prevent it from spreading.
