State Police Arrest Saratoga County Man For Throwing Puppy

State Police have arrested a Saratoga County man on a disturbing charge.

Troopers say 26-year-old Zachary Bowers of Moreau recently threw a five-month-old puppy. The animal ended up breaking one of its legs and is being cared for by the SPCA of Upstate New York in Queensbury. Police aren't saying why Bowers attacked the dog. He's due back in court November 11th.
