Incumbent Republican Elise Stefanik declared victory over Democrat Tedra Cobb in the 21st Congressional District.
During her speech in Glens Falls, Stefanik said it was the toughest race she ever run. Stefanik also defeated Cobb in 2018.
As of 11:45pm Tuesday night, Stefanik led Cobb by a 61%-38% margin with 82% precincts reporting.
