Things are still going from bad to worse when it comes to the spread of coronavirus in New York.

Governor Cuomo revealed Sunday the statewide COVID-19 infection rate is now over 4%. The last time it was that high was all the way back in May. The governor believes it's likely that number will go even higher as people visit friends and family members during the holiday season. He's expected to reveal a new plan to try and contain the virus later today.
