Limousine Laws Change in New York State

The new year means there's a safety change to limousine laws in New York State following the deadly 2018 crash in Schoharie.

All limos that are turned into stretch limos must have seat belts for every seating position. Those that are already in operation have two years to get those seat belts installed.

This is in response to the 2018 crash that killed 20 people in Schoharie.
