Police in two Capital Region communities are investigating weekend shootings.
In Albany, a 46-year-old man was shot in the leg on Central Avenue near Lark Street early Sunday. Just a few hours later, there was another shooting at a home on McClellan Street in Schenectady where a 48-year-old man suffered a shoulder injury. Both victims are expected to recover. No arrests have been made in either case, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
