Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan has laid out her vision for 2021 during her State of the City address.
She discussed several initiatives Monday night, including improvements to the city's sidewalks, playgrounds and water and sewer infrastructure. The mayor also announced the city plans to break ground on the Skyway project later this year that would turn a 787 off-ramp into a walkway. The price of that project is expected to be around $12 million.
