Albany County Man Arrested For Taking Part in U.S. Capitol Protests

The FBI has arrested another person from the Capital Region for taking part in violent protests at the U.S. Capitol.

Now, 70-year-old William Tryon of Coeymans is facing three federal misdemeanor charges, including disorderly conduct. The FBI saw Tryon was at the protests after watching a video on YouTube showing him with a large group of people storming the Capitol building January 6th. Tryon has pleaded not guilty and faces the possibility of prison time or a fine if convicted.
