The University at Albany football team has announced it's opting out of the remainder of their Spring season.
Head coach Greg Gattuso says a growing number of injuries made it difficult to have a competitive team.
UAlbany was set to play Delaware on Saturday and Villanova April 10th, but those games have now been canceled.
The next time the team is going to be on the field is against North Dakota State in September.
