Starting Thursday, walk-in COVID-19 vaccination appointments are being offered to all New Yorkers 16 and older.

Residents who meet that age requirement will be eligible to get their vaccine at any one of several state-operated clinics. Shots will be available on first-come, first-served basis and people will also find out the date they'll have to return for their second dose. Appointments for a COVID-19 vaccination can still be made by visiting the state's "Am I Eligible" website or by calling 1-833-697-4829.
