For the second time since the start of 2020, the Uncle Sam Parking Garage in Troy is closed indefinitely.
The shutdown, which goes into effect Wednesday, is due to safety concerns raised following a recent inspection. A city spokesman says there have been complaints about the condition of the garage from people who use it. The company that operates the garage is going to have it looked at by its own expert before it'll be allowed to reopen.
