There are several New York Democrats reportedly interested in running for governor.

According to the New York Post, Attorney General Letitia James, state Comptroller Tom Di Napoli and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio are among those who have reached out to Al Sharpton to see what he thinks about a run for governor. AG James is the rumored to be the early favorite, but according to polls, she's only three percentage points ahead of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. About 22 % of likely Democratic voters were not sure who they'd support if Governor Cuomo isn't on the ticket.
