Former Gov. Cuomo's Emmy Rescinded

Former Governor Cuomo's Emmy award is being taken back.

The International Academy of Television Art And Sciences is rescinding Cuomo's International Emmy Award following his sexual harassment scandal and resignation. Cuomo won the award in November 2020 for his daily televised COVID briefings. Other recipients have included Vice President Al Gore, Oprah Winfrey and director Steven Spielberg.
