Nauman Hussain, the operator of Prestige Limousine, will not serve any jail time after pleading guilty to 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide.

Up to this point, Hussain has maintained his innocence in the case. However, has pleaded guilty this afternoon.

As part of the plea deal, Hussain cannot own or operate a commercial transportation business and he will be on probation for five years. He must also serve 1,000 hours of community service.

Hussain faced a judge this afternoon at Schoharie High School. His court appearance was moved to the high school to accommodate the large crowd expected.

20 people were killed in the Schoharie limo crash in 2018.
