Another candidate has announced their bid to try and unseat Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik in 2022.
Democrat Matt Castelli, a former CIA officer and counterterrorism official, entered the 21st Congressional District race yesterday. Castelli says he'll be focusing on getting voters to prioritize the needs of the country over their political affiliation. He also says he has plans that will help create better education and health outcomes in North Country communities. Castelli is the fourth Democrat to challenge for Stefanik's position.
