Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is facing a misdemeanor charge in a "sex crime case."

It comes after a number of women accused the former Democratic governor of inappropriate sexual conduct. The charge relates to allegations of "forcible touching," and an arrest warrant is being issued by the Albany County Sheriff's Office. Cuomo resigned in August as state lawmakers were preparing impeachment proceedings.
