3 Teens Arrested in Albany Paintball Gun Shooting

Albany Police arrested three juveniles Tuesday night after a getting several calls about vehicle driving around the area of New Scotland Avenue and Forest Avenue shooting at people with a paintball gun. A 28 year old man was shot in the face and then physically assaulted by the group, he's expected to be ok. Police eventually caught up with the car at Myrtle Avenue and Partridge Street. Three of the occupants, aged 13 to 6 are charged with 2nd degree assault, another 17 year old was cited for traffic violations and released.
