Disgraced former Governor Andrew Cuomo has begun collecting his state pension.
Cuomo began getting the more than $4,200 monthly checks last month. His annual pension is more than $50,600 and will be adjusted in future years for inflation. The pension calculation is based on his service as state attorney general and governor. The pension could be revoked or reduced if Cuomo is charged and convicted of public corruption crimes.
