Man on the Run for Suspicious Death in Guilderland has been Caught

Guilderland Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for a suspicious death in the town. Forty-three year old Jason Seminary of Duanesburg has been charged with manslaughter in the death of 41 year old Kentish Bennett. The charge stems from a domestic incident that happened Thursday afternoon at a residence on Western Turnpike. Police arrived on the scene to find Bennett severely injured, he was taken to Albany Med where he later died from his injuries. Seminary was on the run for several days, he was picked up by Rotterdam police on Sunday night. Police are continuing to investigate what caused the altercation.
