An arrest has been made in connection with a massive fire in Greenwich that left several people homeless.

Officials say John Fox of California intentionally set Sunday's blaze inside of a second-floor apartment and was seen by witnesses escaping the building and running away. He was later caught by police and is facing several charges including arson and reckless endangerment. The Greenwich fire chief says the damage to the building was extensive and it'll likely have to be torn down.
