Members of the State University of New York Board of Trustees say their efforts to find a brand new chancellor are officially underway.
The board has promised a global search for the person who will fill the position that was vacated back in January by Doctor Jim Malatras. Since his departure, former SUNY Oswego president Deborah Stanley has been the interim chancellor. The board has not revealed a timetable for when a new chancellor will be hired.
