A jury has handed down a guilty verdict in the murder trial of Paul Barbaritano.
He was found guilty Monday of killing 29-year-old Nicole Jennings at his Albany apartment back in July 2019. Prosecutors say the 55-year-old Barbaritano took Jennings' life by choking her and stabbing her but Barbaritano claims her death was an accident. Barbaritano is now facing 25 years to life in prison when he's sentenced in August.
