A Glenville resident is scheduled to be back in court Tuesday evening after being accused of attempting to attack two men.

Police say 41-year-old Benjamin Jerome swung a hatchet at the men on the Hemlock Hollow nature trail near the Indian Kill Preserve Sunday and used a revolver to shoot their dirt bikes. The men were able to get away unharmed and Jerome was taken into custody a short time later. He was arraigned on multiple charges and sent to the Schenectady County Jail.
