A Watervliet man is in some trouble with the law after Guilderland police say he had a weapon at Crossgates Mall.
Officers received a report of a person with a handgun at Dick's Sporting Goods Tuesday and an investigation revealed James Lunday the fourth was in possession of a loaded semi-automatic weapon. Lunday was taken into custody and is facing multiple charges. He was released and is due back in court at a later date.
