A teenager is due in court Friday as he's being held on a $1.5 million bond in a double shooting last month outside the home of New York's Republican candidate for governor.

Eighteen-year-old Noah Green is the first person charged in the shooting at Lee Zeldin's Long Island home and police say one of the guns used has been recovered. Zeldin says it was his 16-year-old twin daughters who called 911 while hiding in a bathroom. Three teens were walking in front of Zeldin's home on October 9th when someone in an SUV fired shots at them. Two of the 17-year-old males were hit and hid in Zeldin's bushes.
