It's Veterans Day, and the annual parade to honor those who have served our country in the military is taking place in Albany Friday morning.

The parade is set to begin at 11:00 am at the corner of Ontario Street and Central Avenue before ending near the New York State Education Building. Should there be bad weather, a ceremony will be held at City Hall in the Rotunda. The grand marshal of this year's parade is U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran John LaFalce.
