A lot of people will be heading to and from holiday gatherings over the next few weeks and they can expect to have an extra set of eyes on them while they are traveling.

Beginning Wednesday, State Police are going to crack down on impaired and reckless driving as part of the "Drive High Get a DUI" campaign that runs through January 1st. During last year's campaign, 522 drivers were arrested for DWI and over 35,000 traffic tickets were issued. Police say folks can make sure they get home safely by having a designated driver or by using a taxi or rideshare service.
