Norfolk, Nebraska police responding to a call of a cow being driven around in the front seat of a car wound up pulling over a man driving a bill named Howdy Doody in a Ford Crown Victoria with the roof over the passenger seat removed so the bull could ride shotgun. The car is driven in parades by Lee Meyer, and has a yellow metal cattle gate as a passenger side door. While there were some traffic violations, officers let Meyer off with a warning because the steaks weren’t that high, so they had no beef with him at that time.
