Ohio-born utility player Tom Aldredge has been in films since the 1963 British comedy Mouse on the Moon. He garnered some of his best-ever reviews for his work in the 1969 "sleeper" The Rain People. In this early Francis Ford Coppola effort, Aldredge played Mr. Alfred, a combination justice of the peace and reptile farmer.
