Privacy in school; how far is too far?

Chuck and Diane are joined by Paul Harding of Martin, Harding and Mazotti this morning to discuss a story out of the Bern-Knox-Westerlo school district where a teacher confiscated a 14 year old student's phone for texting in class. No shocker so far, BUT the principal afterwards snooped into the phone and found inappropriate pictures of the boy's 14 year old girlfriend, prompting him to alert the Sheriff's Dept.

Did the school principal go too far?
