You know it's bad for the Jets when the team's biggest fan decides to quit as the team's unoffcial lead cheerleader. 

Fireman Ed will still attend games but not in uniform.  He had been wearing a Mark Sanchez jersey but after the butt fumble, Ed must have been too embarrassed to wear it anymore.
