RUSH: TIME Magazine has called me a pope.  They have a cover story on Marco Rubio.... When they interpret me incorrectly and I correct it, I'm still wrong.  I don't know what I've said.  The way I am interpreted by others is what I really meant and what I said.  What I mean doesn't matter, I'm wrong.  That's the way the mainstream media reacts.  They say that I told Rubio in the interview on this program that what he was doing was admirable, as though he had been granted absolution by the pope.

RUSH: The whole concept of the sequester was Obama's and the Democrats'.  It was their idea.  It was their proposal.  And now they're acting like it was forced on them by these mean Republicans who only want to hurt people. 

RUSH: This man said it while Obama's sitting there.  Now, this is easy for me to say, but I'm gonna tell you something.  This is the kind of stuff the Republican Party needs to be saying. This is the kind of stuff the Republican Party should have been saying for the past four years. 

RUSH: I feel... It's hard to describe this. A 43-second sound bite from Dr. Benjamin Carson is giving me the shakes, and it's hard to describe it. It's because of what could have been, what could have been versus what is going to happen and is in the process of happening. It's devastating what's in the process of happening where health care is concerned.

RUSH: Paul Krugman is an Obamaite, he's an economist, he's a Nobel Prize-winning economist, folks, which tells you everything you need to know about the Nobel Prize.

RUSH: The question then and the question now is where was Obama, why was he disengaged?  And we still don't have an answer to that. 

RUSH: I don't want to insult people who are doctors and nurses, I don't mean to do that, but it could well be that the best and the most talented have, just like you, punted.  "I don't want any part of this."
