Devastation In Oklahoma
Our thoughts and prayers are with those who lost loved ones and property in Oklahoma over the last few days. Yesterday, a presumed EF-4 tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma. Its wind speeds were up to 200 mph, at some points it was up to 2 miles wide and the path stretched for about 20 miles. It is an unbelievable storm which has now claimed the lives of at least 24 people, nine of whom are children. The stories of children at the Plaza Towers elementary school being pulled out of the rubble, some not making it out alive or missing, are beyond heartbreaking. Scandals Abound
When the lead story on the Politico is "How Not to Handle a Scandal," you know that this administration is in some serious hot water. When you've got liberals like Keith Olbermann tweeting about the overreach of this administration, you know you've got problems. When Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post is outraged by the Obama administration, it also points to serious trouble for this administration. Recent polling shows that the Obama administration's swirling scandals, and their subsequent handling of the scandals, hasn't sat well with the public. A Washington Post/ABC News poll released today found that 56% of Americans believe that the IRS targeting of conservative groups was deliberate. A plurality of Americans feel the administration isn't being forthcoming with the facts: 45% feel the administration is trying to cover up facts...(more)

Kerry Picket and Ryan Grim on IRS Scandal
Kerry Picket of Breitbart.com and Washington Bureau Chief for the Huffington Post, Ryan Grim, discussed today's IRS hearings with Sean in the show's final hour. Grim explained that while he does not agree with the bias displayed by the IRS and the Obama administration, he does not hold the president personally responsible. Benghazi Email Dump
Last night, the White House dumped 100 pages of emails related to the Benghazi talking points. A few things. First of all, how hard was that? Congress has been begging for these emails for months and they suddenly show up now? This leads to my second point, which is that I believe they were dumped yesterday in order to distract us from this IRS scandal. Keep in mind that the emails were released to the public just one hour before Obama addressed the nation and announced the resignation of the acting IRS commissioner. This was designed perfectly to distract. And finally, are these even all the emails we need to see? It's clear that there is still A LOT of information that we don't have. For example...(more) 
Rove Trys To Save The GOP From Itself
Karl Rove joined Sean via the NewsMaker Hotline to discuss his recent effort to destory the Tea Party effort. The newly-formed Conservative Victory Project, a branch of Rove's American Crossroads super PAC, is designed to push money into local congressional primaries and prevent Tea Party-endorsed candidates from wining Senate nominations. According to Tom McKay, writing for PolicyMic.com, the rift between Tea Party insurgent candidacies and the national Republican establishment is becoming a huge liability to their overall national strategy. Tea Party opposition hindered House Speaker John Boehner's (R-Ohio) plan to offer a GOP alternative to the widely disliked fiscal cliff compromise. More recently, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) has proposed an immigration reform package that will force Congressional Republicans to fight what appears to be the party's only current success at bipartisan initiatives or face a Tea Party challenger in the next election cycle. IRS Scandal Far From Over
In an attempt to stop the bleeding a do damage control, yesterday the Anointed One announced the resignation of acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller, who was are already going to step down anyway. In other words, Obama did the minimum in order to try and please the drive-bys. While he claimed in his statement late yesterday that those responsible would be held accountable and changes would be made to ensure that this never happens again ... gee, that sounds familiar. Scandal Spreads In Washington
It's pretty unbelievable that we are sitting here faced with not one, not even two, but three major scandals involving this administration. There's even a potential fourth scandal brewing, which we'll get to later. A cancer is growing on this presidency. It's spreading quickly and affecting the integrity of our system of government. Some news agencies like Reuters refer to this as "governing headaches" for the administration. Dana Milbank at the Washington Post is labeling this the "second-term blues." And then there's my favorite description from NBC, which is that Obama is suffering from a "second-term curse," as if he has no control over any of this but it merely the victim. But you know it is bad when the lead story on the Politico reads: Scandal politics sweep Capitol Hill. The story goes on to point out that nearly one-third of House committees are currently investigating some aspect of the Obama administration. The comparisons of Obama to Richard Nixon and Watergate have become pervasive. It's somewhat fitting that we are 40 years to the week that Congress began public hearings on the Watergate scandal. Jay Carney's Presser
Jedidiah Bila and Tamara Holder, both Fox News contributors joined Sean to discuss Jay Carney's presser where he desperately tried to explain why there is no explanation for the scandal surrounding the IRS and the Department of Justice's grab of the Associated Press records. Journalists have been outraged since the AP revealed that it had been subjected to the secret probe, which saw the DOJ look at the records for at least 20 of its phone lines and at least six of its individual journalists over a period of at least two months. Carney was asked right away about the White House's view of the situation. Jedediah was happy to see the White House Press Core finally addressing the President and his cover boy Jay Carney for what is actually happening. The usual softball questions were nowhere to be found today and it was more than obvious that Carney did not come to the podium today to actually answer the claims against the administration. Tamara on the other hand was upset that the Republicans are blaming the Obama administration for everything, when it's more than obvious that the IRS cannot be made up of only Democrats.

The Outsider

Trident K9 Warriors
Mike Ritland, author of Trident K9 Warriors, joined guest host Rose Tennent on the program to discuss his new book, which was recently featured on 60 Minutes. As a Navy SEAL during a combat deployment in Iraq, Mike Ritland saw a military working dog in action and instantly knew he'd found his true calling. Ritland started his own company training and supplying dogs for the SEAL teams, U.S. Government, and Department of Defense. Graham To Obama: 'Our Systems Are Not Working'
With three more suspects arrested in connection with the Boston bombings, serious questions are being raised about the intelligence community. Let's not forget it was President Obama's Homeland Security Secretary Janet "Sherlock" Napolitano who was quick to say this was not part of a broader plot. Sean welcomed Sen. Graham to 'Hannity' to shed light on our intelligence systems. "The Russians warned us. The FBI interviewed him. The CIA had him on their watch list," Sean said about Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev. "Nobody knows what he did when he was in Russia. And when he got back in June of 2012, he created a YouTube channel on his Internet site, on his Facebook page, and he embraced radical Islam for the world to see. And the rest is history. So, Mr. President, our systems are not working," Graham told Sean. "I love the FBI, I love the CIA. But I don't know what's going on here. But we've got eight dead Americans killed in the last se ven months, four in Benghazi, four in Boston. And when you look at Boston and Benghazi, things are not working." The Most Racist, Controversial Ad On Television?
An ad for Mountain Dew created by the founder of hip-hop group Odd Future has been pulled by PepsiCo that social commentator, Boyce Watkins, called "arguably the most racist commercial in history." The 60-second spot shows a battered white woman on crutches being urged by an officer to identify a suspect out of a lineup of five black men. A talking goat named Felicia is included in the lineup. The goat makes threatening remarks to the woman, including, "Keep ya mouth shut." "This is an awful ad that not only promotes racial stereotypes but violence against women," said Sean on last night's 'Hannity'. Judge for yourself, should this ad have been pulled? Watch it here.
